The Buyer's Agent services include getting the home buyer prequalified with a mortgage professional for a home loan, touring homes, negotiating the purchase of a home and other duties associated with the purchase of a home. Who pays the Buyer's Agent commission? The Buyer's Agent typically is paid by the home seller. This includes both new and resale homes.
